At The Flaming Candle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your candle-making supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened merchandise. Please note that for safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils, wax, or liquid dyes once they have been opened.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
